• Product Display and Preparation

  • Ensure products are properly displayed before the store opens.

• Customer Advising

• Inventory Management

  • Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to the reporting Manager.

• Administrative Tasks

  • Carry out other store administrative tasks as directed by the reporting Manager.

• Product Demonstrations

  • Provide demo sessions to doctors and customers as and when required.

• Product Knowledge

  • Understand product features and benefits.

• Store Maintenance

  • Monitor store displays and keep all areas well-stocked.

• Customer Service

  • Provide outstanding customer service.

• Sales Documentation

  • Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
